Delicious, Healthy Smoothie – 3 Ways
Breakfast might be the most important meal of the day, but my mornings are often my busiest part of my day. I like to have something quick and nourishing that won’t make me feel too bloated, gives me plenty energy and tastes delicious. Nothing ticks those boxes like a smoothie.

I make all my smoothies with unsweetened, dairy free milk (my favourites are oat and almond, I tend to swap between the two for variety). I also always add 1 teaspoon maca powder, 1 teaspoon hemp powder and 1 teaspoon chia seeds, just to add some extra goodness.
Then I add the rest of the ingredients! I play around with different combinations – my favourites are;

Raspberry & Peanut
A handful of frozen raspberries and a big, heaped tablespoon of peanut butter.

Greens & Banana
Half a banana, half an avocado and a handful of baby spinach.

Berries & Chocolate
A cup of frozen berries – I used half blackberries, half blueberries – and a couple of spoons of vegan hazelnut chocolate ice cream.
